As quoted on the panel website: "The panel itself will be presented in an imaginary corporate setting. Members were invited to be submitted by a 5-minute proposal for a new multi-billion dollar international consortium Next Big Thing Inc. that decided to launch himselfhow the information related to the future. You want an infrastructure that enable them to do so. They are ready to either prior art, it is to enlarge, or start from scratch, and the resources to build what they accept. Each panelist will be 5 minutes to make their case, will then be reviewed by the shareholders (the public), the final vote on the technology adopted at the end. The proposal should provide a background for the technology they proposethe necessary steps to implement their vision, and the result after 10 years of the adoption of its proposal.
